According to our values statement, we are committed to helping and improving the well-being of humanity. VDAI is not a political organization. To effect necessary change on both an individual and social level, successful methods must go far beyond the deployment of any system or technical remedy. Future technologies should seek to help humanity at much deeper levels. Our commitment to researching, leading, and developing value driven human-centered artificial intelligence technology and applications serves as the foundation for our vision for the future.
We think that artificial intelligence (AI) should be collaborative, augmentative, and beneficial to human health, wealth, prosperity and overall quality of life. As responsible citizens of the world, we share a common goal: creating a “more perfect sense of unity” in accordance with the United Nation’s founding text. Successful methods must go far beyond the implementation of any system or technical development. It is to bring about necessary change in both an individual’s life and to build a human-oriented technological culture.
